嘉宾介绍：

    李兆熙先生，工商管理硕士，博士后。国务院发展研究中心企业研究所副所长，研究员。中欧国际工商学院(CEIBS)校友会副理事长，欧美同学会MBA协会副会长，国家自然科学基金委员会管理学部评审委员。曾获1991年度国家计委学术委员会的科技进步优秀成果奖、1992年度国家计委学术委员会的科技进步优秀成果奖、2001年政府特殊津贴、2001 年中国发展研究一等奖。

    主要著述：Managing Equity Joint Ventures in China，CEMI黄皮书(与Prof. John Child合作)、外商投资企业经营状况和效益评价（报告/出版/研讨会）、转换企业经营机制研究、典型中外合资企业的活力及其可供借鉴的经验（［世界经济］1992第6期）、Joint Ventures in China: Problems and Prospects（柏林日德中心编辑出版(英文)1996, 5 柏林。）、Strategic and Cultural Impacts: Different Management Style of Sino-Foreign Joint Ventures in China（ [Sociologie du Travail]，法国）、中外合资企业的跨文化管理（［中外管理］1996，第7期。[世界经济与政治]1996，12期。）等。

Mr. Lee has got the MBA degree and post doctorate. He is now the Vice Director and researcher of the Enterprise Research Institute of the State Council’s Development & Research Center, Vice President of the Alumni Association of CEIBS, Vice President of the MBAs of the Western Returned Scholars Association, as well as the evaluation committee member of the Administration Department of NSFC (National Natural Science Foundation of China). Mr. Lee got the State Science and Technology achievements award from the Academic Committee of the State Planning Commission in 1991 and 1992, the Government’s Special Subsidy in 2001 and the first prize for the Devel opment and Research of China in 2001.
